I'm not shocked or surprised at what happened yesterday in our country's capitol. If you are, you haven't been paying attention.
This has been coming. I am surprised, if not amused, at the people making comparisons to the BLM protests. You can search on this site to understand why it's different because I'm done doing your homework for you.
But here's what I am going to say to put you on notice... if you did everything you could to disparage Colin Kaepernick, publicly, as a traitor to our country and you remain silent on yesterday's events, you're a racist. Flat out. No discussion required. I see you. We all do. Your life is going to look different starting today.
Despite the rhetoric of Donald Trump, of several Senators, of Fox News, and of your friends, we won.
We won the Presidency, the House, and the Senate. I keep seeing various people saying "here comes socialism" when they literally can't define it without the help of Google. (But if they bothered to, they may learn something.)
To the Republicans condemning yesterday's action - I applaud you. But the notion that condemning sedition and treason is worthy of applause is kind of disgusting.
